👤 Registration & Account

Yes, signing up on 95ycom is completely free. There are no account opening fees, monthly charges, or any other costs to create your account — to start betting, simply make a deposit from R$ 10.00 via Pix. 95ycom also does not charge any fees on deposits — any banking costs depend on your financial institution.

95ycom is a platform exclusively for users aged 18 years old. When you enter your CPF during registration, your age is verified automatically. Accounts identified as belonging to minors are closed immediately and balances are frozen. Parents or guardians who discover unauthorized use by a child or dependent can contact 95ycom support via live chat to have the case handled as a priority.

No. 95ycom strictly allows one account per CPF. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts involved being closed and their balances frozen. 95ycom's security system detects this behavior automatically.

To update your contact details — email or phone number — go to Account settings after logging in to 95ycom. In some cases, the change may require additional verification for security purposes. If you run into any issues, contact support via 24h live chat or at suporte@95ycom.best. The team typically processes this type of request in under 24 hours.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process required under anti-money laundering regulations. On 95ycom, it may be requested before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or when a security flag is triggered. Required documents include a national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH) or passport, proof of address, and proof of a bank account in your name. Submission is done directly through your account dashboard in just a few steps. Once approved, withdrawals and deposits proceed normally with no further requests.

On the 95ycom login, click on "Forgot your password?" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes — check your spam folder if it doesn't show up in your inbox. The link is valid for 2 hours. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support via 24/7 live chat to begin account recovery through identity verification.

To close your 95ycom account, go to Settings → Responsible Gambling → Self-Exclusion and choose your preferred period (6 months, 1 year, or indefinite). For immediate permanent account closure, contact support via live chat and state "Urgent self-exclusion". Any available real balance will be withdrawn normally before the account is closed. Unused bonus balances will be cancelled. Learn more on our Responsible Gambling.

💳 Deposits & Withdrawals

95ycom accepts all major payment methods used in Brazil: Pix (instant, 24h), bank slip, credit or debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago and TED bank transfer by banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. The fastest and most widely used method among Brazilian players is Pix — funds hit your account in seconds, any time of day.

The minimum deposit at 95ycom is R$ 10.00 via Pix, credit or debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. For boleto bancário, the minimum is R$ 20.00. For TED bank transfer, the minimum is R$ 50.00. The minimum deposit to activate the welcome bonus may differ — check the promotion terms in effect at the time of your registration for full details.

Pix deposits at 95ycom are credited in seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. For boleto bancário, funds are credited within up to 2 business days after payment. For credit or debit cards and PicPay, the credit is applied within up to 30 minutes. For TED bank transfers, the processing time is up to 1 business day. Pix is always the fastest way to start playing at 95ycom.

To make a withdrawal at 95ycom, go to Account → Withdrawals, enter the desired amount and your Pix key. Pix withdrawals of up to R$ 10,000.00 are processed within up to 5 minutes, available 24h including on weekends. For larger amounts or cases requiring KYC verification, processing may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals are only released to the bank account belonging to the CPF holder registered on 95ycom — withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.

No. 95ycom does not charge fees on withdrawals of real balance. The full amount requested is transferred directly to your bank account via Pix, with no deductions by the platform. Any bank fees (such as TED) depend on your financial institution and are not controlled by 95ycom. To avoid any extra costs, always use Pix as your withdrawal method — it's free at most Brazilian banks.

Pix deposits are almost always credited in seconds, but in rare cases there may be a delay of up to 15 minutes due to banking instability. If your balance has not appeared after 20 minutes, contact 95ycom support via live chat with your Pix receipt (protocol number or transaction screenshot). The finance team will locate the deposit and credit your account manually. If you made the deposit without saving the receipt — that will speed up the resolution significantly.

🎁 Bonuses & Promotions

The 95ycom welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit, with a cap of R$ 500.00. If you deposit R$ 200.00 via Pix, you receive R$ 200.00 as a bonus — giving you R$ 400.00 in total to use on the platform. To claim the maximum bonus of R$ 500.00, you need to deposit at least R$ 500.00 on your first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited automatically after your deposit — no promo code required.

The rollover is the wagering requirement you must meet before withdrawing winnings generated from your bonus. At 95ycom, the rollover is applied to the bonus amount received. For example, with a 10x rollover on a R$ 200.00 bonus, you need to wager a total of R$ 2,000.00 — this volume can be accumulated across multiple bets over time. Bets on Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and eligible casino games all count toward the rollover. Check the Terms and Conditions for full details on the current promotion.

During the 95ycom registration, there is an optional "Promo Code" field. Enter the code there before completing registration. Codes entered after registration is finalized generally cannot be applied retroactively. If you have a code but already created your account without entering it, contact support via live chat — in some cases the team can apply it manually within a specific timeframe.

Yes. 95ycom offers weekly cashback for active users, plus enhanced odds on special Brasileirão and Libertadores matches, slots tournaments with cash prizes, and exclusive promotions delivered by email and mobile. To stay on top of all offers, keep notifications enabled and check the Promotions section in your account after logging in. The terms of each promotion are described individually in the Terms and Conditions.

Bonus balances that expire due to their validity period or are cancelled for violations of the Terms and Conditions are generally not recoverable. If you believe your bonus was removed by mistake, contact 95ycom support via live chat and provide the approximate timeframe and bonus type. The team will review your account history and, if a system error is found, will correct the balance. Requests of this kind are reviewed within 48 hours.

⚽ Sports Betting

95ycom covers a wide range of sports with a focus on the Brazilian market. In football, you'll find Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL Libertadores and dozens of other national and international competitions. Beyond football, there are markets for volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports and more. Live betting is available on major events with odds updated in real time.

Cash out lets you settle a bet before the final result to secure a partial return — whether to lock in a profit while you're ahead or cut your losses when things aren't going your way. On 95ycom, cash out is available on selected Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other competition matches. The cash out button appears under the "Active Bets" section of your profile whenever the option is available for that specific bet.

95ycom live betting lets you place wagers on matches already in progress, with odds that update second by second as the score and in-game events change. For Brasileirão Série A matches, you can bet on the final result, the next goal, second-half corners, who scores next, and dozens of other markets. To access live betting, log in to 95ycom and click "Live" in the Sports Betting menu.

If a match is canceled or postponed before it starts, 95ycom automatically refunds the wagered amount back to your account balance. If the match began but had to be canceled before the full regulation time was completed, the resolution depends on the market type and the specific rules of that competition — in general, bets on result markets are voided and the amount returned. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for the detailed rules per sport.

Yes. The minimum bet amount at 95ycom is R$ 1.00 in most markets. The maximum stake per bet varies depending on the sport, market, and event — major Brasileirão and Libertadores matches typically have higher limits. Limits are displayed directly in the betting interface when you select a market. If you wish to bet above the displayed limit, contact 95ycom support to check whether a custom limit is available for VIP customers.

To place a parlay bet on 95ycom, select the odds for two or more different matches — for example, Flamengo winning in the Brasileirão and Palmeiras winning the Copa do Brasil. Each selection is added to your bet slip. When you have more than one selection, 95ycom automatically calculates the combined odds and displays the potential return. Just enter the total amount you want to wager and confirm. Keep in mind: in a parlay, every selection must win for the bet to pay out.

🎰 Casino & Games

95ycom offers a full casino with hundreds of options: slots with progressive jackpot and RTP listed for each game, European and American roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games (which are among the most popular in Brazil), live casino with real dealers streaming in HD, casino poker, and other variants. Everything is available under the same account — no need to create separate logins.

RTP stands for Return to Player (Return to Player) represents the percentage of total wagers that a game pays back in prizes over time, on average. A slot with a 96% RTP statistically returns R$ 96.00 for every R$ 100.00 wagered — but this figure is calculated across millions of spins and does not guarantee returns in any individual session. At 95ycom, the RTP for each slot is available in the game's info sheet. Slots with an RTP above 95% are considered above average in the market.

The 95ycom Live Casino streams roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and other games with real studio dealers in HD, straight to your phone or computer. You bet in real time, watch the dealer shuffle cards or spin the roulette wheel, and interact with other players via chat. Live tables are available 24 hours a day. To access them, simply log in to 95ycom and click on Live Casino in the menu. A stable internet connection is recommended for the best streaming experience.

Yes. The prizes from jackpot on 95ycom — both fixed and progressive jackpots — are paid out in real money in BRL, credited directly to your account balance. Once credited, you can use the amount to keep playing or withdraw via Pix as usual. For jackpots above certain amounts, identity verification (KYC) may be required before the withdrawal is processed — this step is typically completed in under 24 hours.

Crash games are betting games where a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs — your goal is to cash out before the graph "crashes" (drops to zero). The longer you wait, the higher the potential multiplier, but the risk of losing everything also increases. On 95ycom, crash games are among the most played by Brazilian users for being fast, simple, and highly dynamic. Each round lasts under a minute. Head to the Casino section after logging in to find all available crash games.

Why the 95ycom FAQ matters to you

Using a Sports Betting and online casino platform for the first time raises a lot of questions — and there's nothing wrong with that. 95ycom was built to be accessible to Brazilian players of all backgrounds: from someone placing their very first Brasileirão bet to someone with years of Live Casino experience. That's exactly why this FAQ center exists: to make every part of the platform clear, with no fine print or unnecessary technical jargon.

The most common question from newcomers to 95ycom is about the registration process. The good news is that signing up is completely free, takes under 2 minutes, and requires no documents to get started. Just fill in your name, CPF, date of birth, email, and phone number, choose a password, and you're ready to make your first deposit. The welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 is credited automatically once your first qualifying deposit is made — no code or manual activation needed.

When it comes to payments, Pix is by far the most popular method among Brazilian players on 95ycom. The reason is simple: it's instant, runs 24 hours a day including holidays and weekends, and most Brazilian banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others — charge no fee for Pix transactions. Depositing and withdrawing via Pix on 95ycom feels just as natural as any everyday bank transfer. For those who prefer other options, 95ycom also accepts boleto bancário, credit and debit cards, PicPay, and Mercado Pago.

A common question among new users is about the bonus rollover. It can seem confusing at first, but the logic is straightforward: the bonus you receive when you sign up is money to play with, but to withdraw winnings generated from that bonus, you need to have wagered a set amount on the platform. This requirement exists on every reputable platform in the market. At 95ycom, the rollover is calculated on the bonus amount and can be met over time by betting on Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, or playing eligible casino games.

When it comes to Live Casino, 95ycom delivers one of the most complete experiences available to Brazilian players. Real dealer tables stream in HD straight to your phone or computer — no app download required. You can play roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and other variants just like you would at a physical casino, from the comfort of home or anywhere with internet. Crash games are also worth your attention — fast-paced rounds lasting under a minute, and among the most popular in Brazil for their simplicity and quick return potential.

Security is something 95ycom takes very seriously. 256-bit SSL encryption protects all communications and transactions. Data handling complies with the LGPD. Responsible gambling tools — deposit limits, session alerts, and self-exclusion — are available free of charge to all users, accessible in just a few clicks from your account dashboard. 95ycom believes that quality entertainment and responsible play go hand in hand. If you have any questions not answered here, the support team is available 24 hours a day via live chat — typically responding in under 3 minutes — or by email at suporte@95ycom.best.

Finally, it's worth keeping in mind that Sports Betting and casino games are forms of entertainment. 95ycom offers a top-tier platform for cheering on Flamengo, betting on Palmeiras in the Libertadores, or playing live blackjack with a real dealer — all with competitive odds, fast Pix withdrawals, and support in Portuguese. But the outcome of bets and games is always uncertain, and the best experience is always the one you have within your budget and with a clear understanding of the risks involved.
