Terms and Conditions of 95ycom – Platform Rules

Using the 95ycom platform constitutes automatic and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as all supplementary policies published on the site, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines. These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("User") and 95ycom ("Platform").

Each user may hold one active account only on 95ycom. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, device, or persistent IP address is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts detected will be closed and balances held pending investigation.

95ycom follows identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer – KYC) to ensure user safety and comply with legal obligations related to fraud prevention and money laundering. Verification may be requested at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.

Documents that may be requested include:

• A valid photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• Proof of address issued within the last 3 months;

• Suspended events: If a match is suspended before a result is determined under the competition's rules, the bet may be voided or kept open according to the rules of the specific market;
• Live betting: 95ycom offers live betting with real-time odds updates. Users acknowledge that odds may change between selection and confirmation. Bets are always settled at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation;

• Accumulator bets: In accumulator bets, a single non-winning event is enough for the entire bet to be lost, unless specific market rules apply;
